Agbiag Mining And Development Corporation was incorporated on the 06th October 2016 with a registered office address located at 83 Times Street, West Triangle, Quezon City. The company was created to cater for onshore mining operation. Then, in 2012, Agbiag diversified its operation to venture into Offshore Mining Operation. The company was the proponent in the development of the Philippines Offshore Mining Guidelines.
At present, Agbiag is the main operator for JDVC Resources Inc. The first legal Offshore Mining Company awarded with all valid statutory permits from DENR/MGB to conduct their First Offshore Mining Operation. Also, Agbiag caters to the logistical and specialized requirements of Offshore Mining and Aquamarine Operations in the Philippines. As well as to Own, Operate and Manage offshore siphon vessels and other allied Marine vessels/equipment.

Operations
Our Area of Operations is from North Eastern to the North Western part Cagayan Province which is on the North Eastern part of Luzon.Mining operations will be conducted off-shore which is about 15 to 24 NM from the shoreline.

•Charter/Rental of LCT or Deck Barges for loading and storing Mineral Ore cargoes.
•Charter/Rental of Tugboats for assisting vessels during maneuvering/docking undocking operation.
•Fast boats for ferrying and supply of provision to vessels at anchorage.
•Other services which would be required by foreign vessels at Port Irene.
